About Us

KAB Aviation

Saddened by the recent mid-air collision on 1/29/2025 involving a plane carrying student- athletes, coaches and parents from the US figure skating team community, we were inspired to take action. This led to the founding of KAB Aviation. Our mission is to redefine aviation safety by developing a wearable AI CoPilot system that combines real time AI-driven guidance and seamless hands-free support, designed to enhance situational awareness and reduce risks for pilots and passengers. 

Key Issues

Despite decades of technological advances, aviation continues to face significant safety challenges. Over the past 20 years, the industry has averaged 124 accidents and 814 fatalities per year worldwide, showing that current systems are not fully mitigating risks. Contributing factors include gaps in real-time communication between pilots and air traffic control, the complexity of interpreting instrument data, delays in responding to in-flight emergencies, and fatigue or operational stress. These systemic issues urge immediate need for solutions that enhance situational awareness, streamline critical communications, and provide guidance in real time. 

Our Solution

KAB Aviation addresses these systemic challenges by combining AI-powered smart glasses and a hands-free headset with real-time in-flight and remote data. Our AI CoPilot system provides visual and audio guidance, emergency instructions, fatigue alerts, and noise-canceled communication, enhancing situational awareness,  streamlining critical communications, and delivering guidance in real time. It helps pilots reduce errors, respond faster, and improve overall flight safety for all passengers.
